Return Policy

HOW TO REQUEST RETURNS:

If you wish to return or exchange your order, Please contact us at info@edgeuusa.com with order number.


RETURN UNUSED PRODUCT : 

All return requests must be made within 30 days from the invoice date. For defected items, we will exchange or issue full credit or refund upon customer’s request. All other returns on unused product will be subject to 20% restocking fee and customer will be responsible for the return shipping fee. All return items must be accompanied by RMA number and delivered within 7 days after receiving the RMA number. It is your responsibility to ensure that the shipments are delivered to receive proper credit. Your request will be processed as soon as we receive the returned items. 



RETURN USED PRODUCT:

We do not offer refunds nor credit on used products.


EXCHANGE DAMAGED OR MELTED ITEMS:

We do our best to make sure your orders are well packaged and sealed securely.  If the product or marketing video arrives damaged and/or did not meet your expectations, you may submit a photo with comments, and Order number to info@edgeuusa.com within 7 days of receiving order. 


DAMAGED IN TRANSIT:

If you receive merchandise that has been damaged in transit, you can contact shipping carrier and make a claim. We do not cover cost for damage caused in transit.

  

WRONG ADDRESS

If UPS or Postal Service returns your package to us because you gave an incorrect address, additional shipping charge will apply to deliver to correct address.

 

FAIL TO DELIVER FOR SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION

Packages returned to us because they were not received, signed or picked up, please contact us at info@edgeuusa.com



CHANGE OF MIND:

Changes or cancellations can be made within 24 hours, after placing an order.



WRONG ITEMS:

If the customer gets wrong items due to EDGEU’s fault. We will provide refund or exchanges with prepaid label. The customer must send the products within 7 days after receiving order. Otherwise, customer must pay shipping fee or deduct shipping from store credit. 


FREE PROMOTIONAL ITEMS

Free promotional items (testers/samples) are non-refundable. If promotional items are defective please send the picture of products at info@edgeuusa.com within 7 days.
